The Dynamis Counseling Team

Matthew Rosenkilde, MS, LPC, BHP

Matthew offers a unique approach to complete wellness. He provides evidence-based interventions while treating the whole person. The evidence supports the direct correlation between ones mental and physical health.

Dynamis Counseling helps identify a path in order to help you work through what it means to have good mental health. These paths include, mind, body and spirit.  Matthew uses the theoretical orientation of humanistic-existentialism as the center to his approach in providing quality clinical care.

The fundamental elements of this approach are meaning and purpose and poses two basic questions. “How is one presently living?” and “How is one willing to live?” This orientation is central to his approach in order to maximize health and wellness.

Jordan Brewer, BHT, Pre-Licensed Counselor

Hi, I’m Jordan Brewer, a counselor-in-training completing my Master of Science in Addiction Counseling at Grand Canyon University. I provide therapy under the clinical supervision of Matthew Rosenkilde, LPC, as part of my practicum at Dynamis Counseling. I work with adults and adolescents facing substance use, behavioral addictions (e.g., gambling, internet, sex), and co-occurring concerns like anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My approach is rooted in evidence-based methods and tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and stage of change.

I primarily integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the Transtheoretical Model of Change. This integrative approach allows me to offer both structure and flexibility—meeting clients with compassion while equipping them with practical tools.

I believe therapy is a partnership—you bring your story, and I bring support, compassion, and clinical tools. Clients say I’m genuine, easy to talk to, and respectful of their journey. If you’re seeking someone to walk alongside you with openness and care, I’d be honored to support you. Please feel free to reach out.
